By checking the above box, you confirm that you grant MRI Software Limited (“MRI”) permission to collect and process your Name and Home Address (“Personal Data”) as provided by you for the purposes of receiving MRI Swag (the “Processing Activities”). The Processing Activities shall take place solely in the United Kingdom. You do not object to MRI storing your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the Processing Activities. MRI shall promptly delete the Personal Data at the conclusion of the Processing Activities. You have the right to withdraw the consent that you have given at any time by emailing UsersConference.UK@MRISoftware.com. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by MRI prior to the withdrawal of your consent. For the purposes of the Personal Data provided for the Processing Activities, MRI is the controller and responsible for the Personal Data.
MRI will (1) ensure that it complies with the requirements of all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of the Personal Data, including, but not limited to, all applicable EU and UK laws, regulations, court or administrative orders applicable to the processing of the Personal Data in force from time to time, including without limitation Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended; and (2) process the Personal Data and your contact details in accordance with the Processing Activities stated above and MRI’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.mrisoftware.com/uk/privacy-policy/.
You consent to MRI utilizing the following sub-contractor(s) to Process your Personal Data:
- Pardot (Pardot is a solution that MRI uses to manage its marketing efforts)
- CM Brand (CM Brand is a promotional product company that will create and distribute the MRI Swag)
- DPD (DPD is a parcel delivery service)
MRI shall not otherwise permit sub-contractors to Process Personal Data without your authorization.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Processing Activities shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or any subject matter contained herein.
