WHEN IS THE EVENT?
Wednesday and Thursday, February 12-13. Timings are to be confirmed, but both days will run approx. 9am-5pm, with evening entertainment and networking on Wednesday.
WHERE IS THE EVENT?
Our venue this year is a brand-new conference facility, etc.venues 133 Houndsditch, located near Liverpool Street Station.
WILL CPD POINTS BE OFFERED?
Yes. If you require a CPD certificate you will need to select this option when registering.
IS LUNCH PROVIDED?
Yes, lunch is part of your delegate package, as are light refreshments for breakfast and during breaks.
WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
You’ll be asked to indicate any dietary requirements as part of your registration.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
The dress code for Ascend London is business-casual.

WHEN DOES REGISTRATION CLOSE?
You can register up to and including the first day of the event (12 February). Our 20% early-bird discount ends at 5pm on Thursday, 12 December.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I REGISTER?
Once you have completed the registration process you will receive confirmation of your place at the event via email – please keep this somewhere you can refer back to. We’ll send further event reminders and additional agenda detail as this is released.
WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE?
The full delegate rate for two days is £200 per person. A 20% early-bird discount is automatically applied before 5pm on Thursday, 12 December, for a total of £160 per person. Prices are excluding VAT.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE REGISTERED BUT CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?
You can cancel by accessing the registration portal from the link in your confirmation email. For more information on cancellations, or to enquire about substitutions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Cancellation on or before Thursday, 12 December, 2019 – 100% refund
Cancellation on or before Wednesday, 29 January, 2020 – 50% refund
Cancellation after Wednesday, 29 January, 2020 – no refund
