MRI Ascend is MRI Software’s flagship user conference, bringing clients, partners, and industry experts together for learning, networking, and product insights. It’s designed to help attendees get more value from MRI solutions through keynotes, training sessions, and hands‑on engagement.
Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and General Admission tickets all provide access to the full two‑day event. Each ticket type is available only during its release period and while allocations last.
Full two-day access to expert led training, insightful speaker sessions, product demonstrations, exhibition access, catering, entertainment and more.
When purchasing 4+ Early Bird or General Admission ticket types a 20% discount will be applied. Note, that a maximum of 10 tickets per registrant at these ticket types is allowed.
No – all tickets provide access to the full two‑day event so you can enjoy the complete experience.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and standard credit cards.
Yes – a tax invoice will be included in your confirmation email after you complete your purchase.
Yes – you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after your purchase, with your tickets attached. Please keep this email and your tickets somewhere safe.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer invoice payments. All ticket purchases must be completed via credit card through Stripe.

If the event is postponed or cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Please save the ticket attached to your confirmation email as a PDF, or add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access at check‑in.
Either is perfectly fine – we accept both printed and digital tickets.
Yes. There will be a check‑in kiosk on the day where you’ll receive your event pass.
